We've taken time to ensure that we provide the highest level of care and service, while—most importantly—keeping everyone in our salon safe.

Appointment Guidelines

OUR HOURS

West Village

Mon–Fri: 10am to 8pm

Sat–Sun: 10am to 7pm

Flatiron

Mon–Fri: 8am to 8pm

Sat–Sun: 9am to 7pm

Early morning and group appointments available upon request.

    Before your appointment

  • We require that health checks be completed before every appointment to verify that clients have not experienced COVID-19 symptoms, have not recently tested positive for COVID-19, and have not been exposed to someone with COVID-19.

  • Clients MUST arrive 5 minutes before their appointment. No-shows or late cancellations will incur a $20 fee per service.

  • Clients are required to wear a mask at all times in the salon.

    During your appointment

  • Upon entering the salon, clients should check-in at the front desk. As always, this is contactless.

  • Clients should keep their personal belongings with them at all times. Our staff will not touch or move clients’ personal belongings.

  • Check-out is completely digital—you can simply walk out once you finish your appointment. We will process your payment, email a copy of your receipt, and automatically add a 20% service charge for each service.

Waterless Services

Water is a breeding ground for bacteria and germs—so we ditched it. Not only is it more hygienic, we save gallons every year.

Hospital Grade Sterilization

We scrub and sterilize every tool using hospital-grade standards. And some tools, like nail files and buffers, are discarded after every use.

Extensive Cleaning

We regularly clean all high touch areas including the nail stations, polish wall + front desk with hospital-grade disinfectant cleaners.

Contactless Checkout

All payments are automated so you can easily check in and out. Our touchless process means you can say goodbye to chipped nails.

Protective Equipment

  • Plexiglass partitions have been installed at every station to limit face-to-face contact.
  • All staff wear face masks, face shields, and gloves that they dispose of after every service.
  • All stations have disposable seat covers.

Extra Cleaning

  • We use top-grade disinfectant to clean all surfaces.
  • Additional staff members are dedicated to ongoing, thorough cleaning.
  • Stations are sanitized before and after every service.

Sanitize + Disinfect

  • Motion-activated hand sanitizers are located throughout the salon.
  • Polish bottles are disinfected after every use.
  • For polish application, we triple disinfect nails prior to painting, and due to the solvents in polish, germs cannot survive in the product itself.

Staff Protocol

  • Staff received extensive training on our updated safety procedures.
  • We perform daily health screenings and temperature checks for all staff members.
  • All staff change into their uniforms in-salon and they are laundered daily.
